HR is in the House with Fabulous Friends

Imagine being responsible for the benefits of those who run our cities. Not an easy job and one filled with negotiations, right?

I had a terrific time with the fabulous leaders of TX Health Benefits Pool. My morning keynote was Destination Connection. I spoke on connecting powerfully during the conference and maximizing the knowledge in the room. Later, we discussed how to get the monsters off your back.

Best surprise ever? My speaker and friend, Jessica Rector, MBA got up at 4:30 am and drove three hours to see me speak! Today, she speaks on saying yes to experiences and to negotiating burnout. Can’t wait to hear Jessica when she delivers the closing keynote of the conference.
