How Do You Teach an Engaging Negotiation Course Online When You Can’t Interact in Real Time?

I’ve struggled with the concept of creating a training that was purely delivered through video for years. Part of me likes watching the aha’s occur. Another part of me wants to answer the questions that appear in the moment.

Now, I’m recording an asynchronous class for the The University of Texas at Dallas that delivers the content and interaction online.
