Have you heard that some people pick a word to focus their efforts for the year?
It’s a fairly common practice to choose a word or phrase to help you anchor your intentions for the year. In fact, one of my friends chose “anchor” for her intentional word this year.
Others create physical vision boards or virtual displays. Our family did vision boards one year. We were surprised at how much came true. And, some “fun” people pick a theme song.

Negotiate a Fix in 2026!
These words are meaningful and memorable to me. There are several things I need to address in my physical environment. (Do you recall the Swindling water heater flood of 2025?) Also, quite a few matters need to be upgraded in my work processes.
🏆Bonus: This year’s theme rhymes, the words are on brand, and the phrase inspires me to take action.
