2025 offered some significant milestones. I taught two semesters as a Practicing Professor at Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, was inducted into the The HRSouthwest Conference Speaker Hall of Fame, and started a project with my students called Negotiate for More for Others. My students use their negotiation skills and make requests on behalf Non-Profits serving our community.

Grateful
I’m thankful for my friends and family. The fun video created by my friend Michelle Adams, Ph.D. reminds me how fortunate I am. We genuinely care about each other and connect on a regular basis.
Now, I am off to take a hot shower made possible by my latest birthday gift. I’m using our new hot water heater which replaced the one that partially flooded our home. So thankful for dry floors and hot water!
