Travel is billed at presenter's cost. Typically, Linda works with your organization's travel professional to make flight (coach fare) and hotel arrangements. Linda needs a non-smoking room and usually requests a king bed. Typically, Linda has an aisle seat on the airplane.

Attendance at other on your needs. If you want Linda to be available for the media, she usually can co-ordinate that time into her arrangements. If you need her at a sponsor's booth, a book signing or at a reception, please let us know and we will accommodate you to the greatest extent possible.
